Our proposal seeks to redevelop the existing vacant site on Western Avenue, with a high quality residential scheme.
The plan is to develop 55 new homes with at least 35% of the homes being affordable. The development will provide nine parking spaces (five of those disabled) and 96 cycle spaces.
